Jacked

well, apparently both of my iMovie applications are jacked up.  i was gonna try and record some video tonight and not only would it not record the audio, but as time went on, when i went to record video it just went to a black screen and wouldn't record anything.  it looked like it was recording, but it wasn't.  i tried looking up some troubleshooting answers on the help tab, but when it was in the middle of loading up ... it suddenly vanished.

i have no idea what the problem is, but its to late to do anything about it now.  gotta get to bed.
